Let's take a look...

As you can observe on the map, Cuba is located in the northern Caribbean. It is to the south of The Bahamas & the US State Florida, west of Haiti & to the north of Jamaica. Havana is the capital, also the largest city of this incredible island. Another major city is Santiago de Cuba.

The island of Cuba is the largest island of the Caribbean & it's considered to be part of Latin America. Cuba has a multiethnic mixture of culture and people, since habitants derive from diverse origins, mostly Europeans, Africans, & North American descendants.

Cuba has a semi-subtropical climate. Archipelago surround it's north & south coastline. The coastline is almost 5800 km.

Spanish is their official language. Although English is spoken on larger cities & tourist areas. Cuba's main religion is Catholicism, however Santeria (mixture of Christian West African Yoruba & Roman Catholicism)  plays a big role on the island.

Cuba follows a socialist economic system, which means the government believes that shared ownership of resources produces equal distribution of goods and services to the community. Their main exports are sugar, nickel, seafood, citrus, tobacco products, & rum.

Cuba's main history & culture is reflected in it's food, language, art, and most of it, it's music. Cubans bands play everywhere in the capital Havana. Cubans are known for their vivid spirit!

As of 2013, Cuba has 9 sites on the UNESCO world heritage list, some of these are: San Pedro La Rica Castle, Urbana Historic Centre of Cienfuegos, & Old Havana and it's fortification system.
It's overall sense of architectural history makes it the most impressive historical city in the Caribbean.
